Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review our refund and return policy.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days without providing any reason to do so.

The maximum period for return of an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party appointed by you received it (always decides proof of delivery of the carrier).

We will refund you no later than 7 working days from the day we receive the returned goods.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the order and you will not incur any costs for such a refund.

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• Goods have been purchased in the last 14 days
• The goods are in original packaging
• Goods have not been used or damaged

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods manufactured according to its specifications or clearly customized.
• Products, which were used, mounted or tampered with after delivery.
• Products without original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the conditions of return mentioned above at our discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable transport service. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the goods or proof of the return delivery received.
